1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Seyvik:
  • Account data: name, email address, hashed password, role
  • Usage data: agent runs, task inputs/outputs, timestamps, token usage
  • Billing data: transaction IDs, amounts, currency (we do not store card numbers — handled by Paddle)
  • Publisher data: company name, website, payout details
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
  • Process payments and calculate publisher payouts
  • Send transactional emails (login codes, payout notifications, account alerts)
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Agent Task Data

When you run an agent, your task input is sent to the publisher's agent endpoint. Seyvik logs task metadata (status, duration, tokens used) for billing and debugging. Task content may be retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. Publishers are independently responsible for how their agents handle input data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:
  • Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
  • Neon / PostgreSQL — database hosting
  • Upstash — session and cache storage (Redis)
  • Cloudflare R2 — file storage (agent icons, logos)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Sentry — error tracking (anonymised where possible)
  • Law enforcement — when legally required

5. Cookies & Tracking

Seyvik uses localStorage for session tokens. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Error tracking via Sentry may collect anonymised session data to help diagnose bugs.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data — retained until account deletion
  • Task logs — 30 days
  • Billing records — 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Error logs — 90 days

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, rate limiting, and 2FA for admin accounts. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

Seyvik is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Seyvik after changes constitutes acceptance.
