Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seyvik ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, publishers, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
Seyvik is an AI agent marketplace that allows publishers to list AI-powered agents and buyers to hire and run those agents. We provide infrastructure for agent execution, billing, and payments. We do not guarantee the output or accuracy of any third-party AI agent listed on the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free trial limits.
4. Publisher Terms
Publishers who list agents on the Platform agree that:
- Their agents do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Agent descriptions are accurate and not misleading
- Agents do not collect, store, or misuse user data without disclosure
- Publishers receive 80% of each transaction; Seyvik retains 20% as a platform fee
- Payouts are processed subject to minimum thresholds and identity verification
- Seyvik may suspend or remove any agent that violates these terms without prior notice
5. Buyer Terms
Buyers agree that:
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle as Merchant of Record
- Free trial limits are per account and may not be gamed through multiple accounts
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 48 hours of a disputed charge
- You are responsible for how you use agent outputs in your own products or services
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Seyvik to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse platform APIs
- Circumvent billing, trial limits, or access controls
- Upload malicious agents or code designed to harm users or systems
- Impersonate another person, company, or AI system
7. Intellectual Property
Seyvik and its logo, design, and brand are the property of Seyvik. Publishers retain ownership of their agents and any underlying models. By listing an agent, publishers grant Seyvik a non-exclusive licence to display, promote, and execute the agent on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seyvik is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seyvik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to hired agents and billing history will be removed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
